ServiceRocket has been awarded as a Top Workplaces 2023 by San Francisco Bay Area Top Workplaces.
The award, based solely on Rocketeer feedback, is gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
Results found 86% of Rocketeers gave ServiceRocket a favorable employee engagement rating, nearly 10% above the survey’s overall benchmark.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.
“We’re proud to have earned this award,” says Jeff Lipschultz, Senior Director, Talent Acquisition. “It recognizes our diverse culture in which Rocketeers are appreciated and encouraged to share their ideas and point of view.”
The award aligns with ServiceRocket’s 4.9 rating on Glassdoor, the highest rating in the Atlassian ecosystem, where 99% of Rocketeers recommend ServiceRocket to a friend.
Results from the Top Workplaces survey showed Rocketeers most often describe ServiceRocket’s culture as inclusive and multicultural as well as genuine, transparent and motivating.
Conversely, Rocketeers cited the need for better interdepartmental cooperation, greater efficiency and meetings that make better use of their time.
“All good companies have values that they align behind and, over time, tend to take for granted,” says Rob Castaneda, CEO. “For the past years we’ve taken our investment in our culture to the next level; in parallel, we developed a comprehensive leadership development program based around our Leadership Behaviors and the advancement of mental skills and wellness.”
“We take Rocketeers’ input very seriously as part of our #TalkStraight value,” adds Castaneda. “When combined with accountability, transparency serves as our greatest strength.”
Many Rocketeers cited “ServiceRocket operates by strong values” as a top attribute in anonymous comments such as these:
“ServiceRocket stands by its Rocketeer Promise in making an impact on their growth, their families and their community.”
“Rocketeers #ThinkTeam by regularly giving each other kudos. They take pride in #DelightingThe Customer by sharing customer responses and input.”
“Values such as #ThinkTeam and #DelightTheCustomer align with the company’s ten Leadership Behaviors, as well as its promise to Rocketeers,” notes Lipschultz. “Rob has started to capture these lessons in his Leadership Behaviors Substack.”
Thank you, Rocketeers, for making ServiceRocket a top place to work, collaborate and innovate.
