Sherif Mansour has been in software development for over 20 years. He is currently a Distinguished Product Manager for Atlassian. As a long-tenured Atlassian, he has responsibility for Confluence, trying to solve problems across all of Atlassian’s cloud products and establishing a new product incubator inside Atlassian. Sherif also played a key role in developing new products at Atlassian such as Stride, Team Calendars and Confluence Questions. Today, he leads product strategy for Atlassian’s newest product, Team Central. Sherif thinks building simple products is hard and so is writing a simple, short bio.
ServiceRocket founder and CEO Rob Castaneda is a UTS graduate, a member of the UTS North America Advisory Board and President of the San Francisco chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organisation. He has been named one of the ‘40-under-40’ entrepreneurs by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and was recognised by President Barack Obama for his role in coordinating a global entrepreneurship program.
Johnny is a solution architect with over 10 years of experience in Jira, Confluence and DevOps. He specializes in technical training and has authored training courses on products from Atlassian and many other software vendors. In addition to his technical skills, Johnny is an excellent communicator and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. He has conducted numerous training sessions and workshops, both online and in-person. Outside of work, Johnny is an avid hiker and loves exploring nature trails on weekends. He also enjoys playing guitar, video games and board games in his free time.
